SOLAR ENERGY PROJECT WORK PRINCIPLE
A. Heat collecting systems circulate of difference in temperature. The temperature sensors are fixed in the collector and insulation tank, and it will transfer the temperature signal to the controlling system. When the temperature of collector and insulation tank higher than preset value, the controller will start the circulation pump, and transfer the water cycle in the tank to collector, then transfer the water cycle in the collector to water tank. Through many times circulation, the temperature of water in the insulation tank will rise.
B. The controller display the temperature and level in the tank, and auto feed water and control temperature through preset tank temperature.
C. Anti-freeze circulation: the temperature sensor set up on the parts of cycling pipe which is easy to freeze. The controller will start circulation pump when the temperature reaches 10℃. It will circulate hot water in the tank to avoid freezing.
D. Pipe circulation: the user’s pipe can circulate. There is a temperature sensor at the user’s tap; it can test the temperature here. If the temperature is lower than the preset value, the circulation pump will start to make sure the pipe filling with hot water, then cool water into the tank. The hot water can supply at anytime.

Guarantee the system supply hot water all day. Additional, the copper pipe can fix in the insulation tank, in order to heat water by auxiliary energy. To the hot water project with insulation tank, it can circulate the water in the plumbing, to guarantee the hot water supply to user at anytime.
